Indian Affair was born out of a deep passion to bring the true taste of Indian cuisine to Sri Lanka. Since opening our first outlet in Mount Lavinia in January 2021, we’ve grown steadily; proudly operating from 8 key locations across the Western Province.

Our journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but our commitment to authenticity and flavor has remained unwavering. We believe that Sri Lanka has yet to fully experience the depth, diversity, and finesse of Indian cuisine. At Indian Affair, we aim to bridge that gap challenging conventions and redefining what Indian food means to the Sri Lankan palate.

While we offer a wide range of Indian dishes, we’ve found our niche in biryani. Unlike the typical Sri Lankan biryani which often emphasizes quantity we focus on flavor, ingredient quality, and authentic Indian spices. Each biryani we serve is crafted to deliver a rich, satisfying experience that stays true to its roots.
